No Water Chicken Soup is made using only the chicken’s natural juices and vegetables — no added water! The result is a very rich, concentrated, and healthy soup.
🥕 Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (or chicken pieces)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 1 potato (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper
- Turmeric (optional)
- Small piece of ginger (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the chicken
- Wash and place chicken in a deep pot.
- Add vegetables
- Add onion, carrots, potato, garlic, and spices.
- DO NOT add water
- Chicken and vegetables will release their own juice.
- Cook on low heat
- Cover the pot tightly.
- Cook on very low heat for 45–90 minutes.
- Serve
- You will get a natural, rich soup.
- Serve hot.
